Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to any quote, agreement, or payment you make with Carolina Services & Solutions through this website or in person.
Estimates
Estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted in writing. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, hidden conditions are discovered, or materials prices shift significantly between the estimate and the start of work. Any change will be communicated to you before the work continues.
Scheduling & Service
Our standard hours are after 4pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. Emergency service is available on request. We’ll confirm a start window with you in advance and let you know if anything changes.
Payments
Invoices are issued through Stripe and are payable online from our Pay page or via the link in your invoice email. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Materials deposits may be required for larger projects and will be disclosed in your estimate.
Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship. If something we installed or built isn’t right, contact us and we’ll come back out and make it right. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are handled per the manufacturer’s terms.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the work area and a working water/power supply where applicable.
- Inform us of known issues (plumbing leaks, electrical problems, pets, etc.) before work begins.
- Make selections (fixtures, finishes, colors) within the timeline we agree on.
SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Carolina Services & Solutions, you agree to the following:
- You may receive SMS messages regarding appointment confirmations, service reminders, job updates, and promotional offers.
- Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

- Carolina Services & Solutions does not share, sell, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Carrier networks are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-in is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to the work is limited to the amount you paid for that specific portion of the work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
